  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2017, followed by a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2020. Completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management in 2021. Research interests include organizational behavior management, neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, and LGBTQ studies.

  • With extensive experience in the behavioral health field for the past 10 years, I have developed a strong expertise in working with individuals with disabilities, focusing on their unique needs and support strategies. My background includes crisis planning, where I have successfully implemented protocols to manage and de-escalate critical situations. Additionally, I have a solid foundation in employee relations and Human Resources, facilitating positive workplace environments and effective personnel management. My skills also extend to conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations, contributing to accurate assessments and tailored treatment plans.

  • I founded Evolve People Solutions to support individuals and organizations in advancing toward a more equitable environment. Through my personal experiences and education, I have identified a significant lack of awareness regarding neurodivergent individuals within workplace environments. Coming to terms with my own ADHD and Autism has allowed me to reflect on my interactions with previous employers, supervisors, and professional settings. I am committed to leveraging these insights, combined with evidence-based research, to support neurodivergent individuals in achieving success and satisfaction in their professional lives.
